They did an incredible job designing my fiancée’s engagement ring and our wedding band, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The team took the time to really understand what we wanted, worked within our budget, and were completely transparent and professional throughout the process. Their advice around design, stone selection, and overall value for money made us feel confident we were making the right decisions financially as well as emotionally. The craftsmanship is exceptional — the rings are absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. You can genuinely tell they care about both the quality of their work and their clients. I recently had a cuff bangle made by Jewellery Design Studio. I was keen to use some gold that I owned and to incorporate my grandmother's engagement ring. Sally was just lovely to deal with and understood exactly what I was wanting. The whole process was so easy and enjoyable and the bangle is beautiful. I really love it.....and so does everyone who sees it. Thank you again to everyone at JDS.

Thank you to everyone at JDS for the amazing service from start to finish. We went in with an idea of what we wanted to achieve that included ideas for existing jewellery as well as wanting a new Engagement and Wedding band after 29 years of marriage. They listened intently and offered assistance in every aspect and we never fealt rushed and were able to ask questions at every stage. They didn't want us to leave until they were absolutely satisfied that we were happy with all the designs and ideas and had agreed on a final plan. The result was incredible and better than we could ever had imagined and my wife was so emotional when she saw her new ring and the other pieces that they had created and worked on. Sally was very patient and did a wonderful job with the design and remodelling of my pendant. I received it within the expected timeframe and they were fair with the pricing which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them. Thank you it's beautiful!

I recently had the pleasure of having a custom black and white diamond engagement ring made by Jewellery Design Studio. I knew exactly what I wanted and had dealt with several jewellers previously with no luck, receiving a lot of push back on the setting I wanted. There were absolutely no questions asked with Alex and Sally. They made me feel very confident that they could easily create my dream ring and wow they certainly delivered! I cannot stop looking at it and everyone that sees it agrees that it is simply STUNNING. I had received several quotes in the process so can confirm the price was very fair and the ring was created within the timeframe given of 4-5 weeks. I would 100% use them again for any future pieces and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery. Their show room is stocked full of options to try on for inspiration if required. I had read all of the reviews prior to contacting them and thought it all sounded too good to be true but they really are just that good! ♥

Alex and Sally designed and made my wedding and engagement rings. I couldn’t be happier. We came to find Alex and sally after they redesigned my mums wedding engagement rings and I always told my partner I wanted my mums rings (but couldn’t take it away from her when she wears it everyday) Alex and sally did the most amazing job at designing and making a ring that was so much me but also has a part of my mum in it. I could not fault the design and. Customer care from JD studio 😍 we have recommended so many friends to them

I found Sally & Alex through researching online and selecting a jeweller whose existing designs on the website matched my taste. I wanted to remodel my decade-long unworn inherited dress ring and ex-wedding ring into something I would wear everyday and not get knocked and caught on anything. Design-wise, I was looking for a strong, timeless bezel-set ring that suited my non-petite, puffy hand and could be passed on to my daughter in due course. After viewing a few inspiration pictures, Sally sat with me for an hour and started sketching what was in her head which is obviously filled with an incredible wealth of knowledge and creativity, using the existing gold and stones. Sally had me try on rings in the store to determine what setting width I was comfortable with. I felt the points of uncertainty that I raised were listened to and the sketches promptly adjusted. I picked my new ring up well under the estimated time frame and I am happy to report that the result from Sally’s design to Alex’s master craftmanship was exactly what I have been dreaming of for quite a few years. I have been wearing the ring for a week now and I love looking at it sparkle and thinking of its journey from where it started as my grandmother’s engagement ring to the work of art on my finger today. I’m truly am very grateful and thankful for the great service Sally and JD studio had provided me. I choose JD because it was recommended by a friend who needed a trustworthy jeweller to service her valuable diamond ring heirloom and she was delighted with the professionalism she encountered. I too needed someone trustworthy as I wanted my engagement and eternity ring to be put together into one ring. Sally has a wealth of experience and design knowledge and together we worked out a beautiful design for my ring.
