We’ve been designing and making rings in-house for over 30 years, so the person sketching your ring is the same person setting the stone and finishing it in our workshop. Nothing gets sent out or handed off along the way. That means changes can happen quickly, questions get answered by someone who actually knows the piece, and the ring you end up with has been shaped by people who were there for every stage of it.

Others just couldn't find what they were picturing anywhere else, so they needed someone to build it from the ground up. The shape of your stone has a big influence on the overall look of the ring. You can choose from round brilliant, oval, pear, emerald, princess, cushion, radiant and other cuts, depending on the style you have in mind.
We can compare different shapes and proportions with you in person so you can see how they look before deciding which one feels right for your ring.

Sit with one of our designers and watch your ideas take shape in front of you. We hand-sketch your ring to scale, rather than relying on enlarged computer renders, so you can see how the proportions, stone and setting will work together on the finished piece.
Bring us an inspiration photo, a family ring you love, elements from a few different designs or simply an idea. We’ll work through the setting, proportions and finer details with you, sketching and refining the design as we go. We can also consider how the ring will feel for everyday wear and how you would like it to sit alongside a future wedding band.

Choose the metal and band style that suit the look you have in mind. Yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum each give the ring a different finish, while the band can be fine, wide, tapered, curved, plain or set with diamonds. We’ll help you consider how these choices work with your stone, setting, everyday wear and budget.

It Doesn't Have to Be a Diamond
A diamond is only one option for your engagement ring. You can choose a natural or lab grown diamond, a coloured diamond such as champagne, cognac or yellow, or a gemstone such as sapphire, ruby or emerald.
We’ll show you different stones and talk through their colour, characteristics, durability and price to help you find one that works with your design and budget.

Your Ring, Down to the Last Detail
Small details can make the finished ring feel much more personal. Add a custom engraving with initials, a date or a short message, include a hidden gemstone or birthstone, or incorporate a meaningful detail into the design itself.
We can talk through these options during your consultation and find ways to include them naturally in the finished ring.
