Springing from the ashes of World War One, the Art Deco period heralded a time of glamour. It was a time when the restrictions of Victorian Society were cast off to embrace a more unfettered lifestyle. The period embraced several influences ranging from a more architectural look with repeated geometric patterns to softer pierced filigree work with scrolls and flowers.

Prominent designers such as Van Cleef and Arpels, Cartier, Tiffany & Co. led the way, embracing on one side the patterns of the new eras of architecture and the symbology of ancient Egypt. Our rings reflect the best of this period, from accent gemstones to geometric patterns, lots of delicate filigree work, and engraved embellishments.

At our jewellery store, Joondalup, our clients love the balance of the workmanship with the knowledge that as a new piece, it will last the tests of time and become a treasured family heirloom. With an extensive in-store collection, we also use some of the elements in our individually designed pieces to reflect the era’s charm.
